What is Aquatic Yoga?
Aquatic Yoga is what it sounds like ... yoga off the mat and into the water. Water provides comfort, stability and refreshment in a way that just can't be achieved on a mat. If you've never tried yoga before or have mobility issues due to Multiple Schlerosis, Fibromyalgia, aging, etc. then this is for you.
If you love yoga and want to try something that is different, pleasurable and challenging in a whole new way ... and you enjoy being in warm water ...
